We are always improving Service Autopilot. This update contains minor changes to spruce up some V3 features, make speed improvements, and address a few issues.
Improvements Added to SA
We’ve made these improvements recently.
NEW – CSR Merge Tag: You will now have the [CSR] merge tag available when creating emails. You will find this option in Personalization when creating emails for Clients and in Automations.
Improved – Email Activity Calculation: We improved the calculations for Email Activity Stats in Automations and Marketing > Email Activity.
Updates to Correct System Issues
We’ve made these fixes recently.
Forms (V3) –Accounts Not Updating: There was an issue that prevented Accounts from being updated when submitting a Form. This has been corrected.
Forms (V2) – Not Saving with Special Character: There was an issue preventing Forms from saving when special characters were present. This has been corrected.
Dispatch Board – Multi-day Job Amounts Incorrect: There was an issue occurring when extending multi-day Jobs that caused the Job amounts to be incorrect unless the screen is refreshed. This has been corrected.
Two Way Texting – Message Not Showing on Sunday: There was an issue occurring that caused text messages received on Sunday to not display immediately in the Message Center. This has been corrected.
Alerts – Text Alerts Blank: There was an issue occurring that caused alerts in V3 to not display text message information. This has been corrected.
Automations – Unable to View Pipeline: There was an issue occurring that prevented the Automation pipeline from being opened. This has been corrected.
Clients – Unable to Merge: There was an issue occurring that prevented Clients with Contract Jobs from being merged. This has been corrected.
Dispatch Board – Tag Filter Issue: There was an issue that was causing the date to be set to 1/1/0000 when using the Tag filter on the Dispatch Board. This has been corrected.
Bulk price update– Paused Jobs Issue: There was an issue with Bulk Price Update that caused paused Jobs to be updated while not being shown in the account list. The paused Jobs will now show on the Account list.
Team App – Break Clocking Issue: There was an issue occurring on the Team App that prevented the ability to clock out for breaks. This has been corrected.
Master Packages – Audit Trail Not Displaying: There was an issue occurring preventing audit trails from displaying. This has been corrected.
