We have been focusing on fixing high-priority issues and implementing performance-related enhancements since the last release, including some Client Account page optimizations to help you work faster.
Additionally, with this release, all members with Two-Way Texting can now try out the new Message Center. The new Message Center provides improved user experience, better message categorization, and multimedia messaging. The new Message Center experience will reduce message clutter so you can easily communicate about services performed. We have also added the ability to use text message document templates so you can send out certain messages faster and easier.
Updates to Correct System Issues
All issues listed below have been resolved in this release.
Automations JobDate Merge Tag - The JobDate merge tag was not working correctly in email and text events.
FleetSharp Trackers - Some FleetSharp trackers were not showing up in the integrations panel.
QBO Invoice Syncing - Some deleted invoices were syncing back from QBO to SA as open.
Client Page All Upcoming - The 'All Upcoming' tab was not correctly displaying the priority icon.
V3 Accounts Page All Upcoming - In some instances the 'All Upcoming' tab was not loading jobs on the V3 account page.
New Dispatch Board Resource Filter - When filtering by resource while including multi-day jobs in the filtered list, other multi-day instances with different resource assignments would show in the list.
Add/Edit Job Calendar Icon - In some instances, the calendar icon would not open the date picker when clicked.
Route Sheet Chemical Sheet B - Chemical route sheet B would sometimes cut off the name of a chemical.
V3 Accounts Activity Stream - Payments were not always showing in the activity stream on account pages.
Report Center Custom Analysis Discounts - The discount amount for products or services on an estimate were being calculated incorrectly on custom analyses.
Autopay Enrollment - The audit trail on a client was not correctly displaying that autopay was updated through the client portal.
Chemical Tracking Report - In some instances, custom fields were not loading into the chemical tracking report.
Improvements Added to SA
Client Page: All Transactions - We have made performance updates to the ‘All Transactions’ tab on the Client account page. This has added notable improvements to the load time, reducing the wait for reviewing all transactions for the Client.
Client Page: All Jobs- We have made performance updates to the ‘All Jobs’ tab on the Client account page. This has added notable improvements to the load time, reducing the wait for reviewing all jobs for the Client.
New Message Center General Release - We are now expanding the release of the new Message Center to all members who currently have two-way texting. It will be available via the version toggle on the Message Center page. The new Message Center experience will reduce message clutter so you can easily communicate about services performed. We have added the ability to use text message document templates so you can send out certain messages faster and easier, as well as the ability to hide automated messages, bulk delete messages, and filter by prioritization (e.g. Resources or Clients). Additionally, we are happy to report that you will now be able to send and receive messages with image attachments so you can better manage services and get real-time photo updates via messaging.
Document Editor Commenting Feature - We have added the ability to leave a comment on rows and content items. This will enable you to communicate with other team members who might be working on the same document. These comments can be treated as tasks and be completed in the comment list, as well.
New Dispatch Board Pagination - We have added pagination to the New Optimized Dispatch Board to further improve speed and performance. You can set the page to a max of 100 rows. It is important to note that the 'check all' button ignores pages and will select all rows in the dataset as opposed to just the rows on the page you’re viewing. Additionally, we have heard your feedback about Job Comments loading in the list like they do on the original Dispatch Board. Our goal is to re-add that feature in our next release.
