Highlights
Over the past month, we have primarily focused on fixing high-priority issues and performance-related enhancements since the last release. This includes some Client Account page optimizations to help you work faster when handling your accounts.
Updates to Correct System Issues
Automations: Wait Periods are being ignored- An issue was reported where the wait periods were being missed on some automations. This issue has been resolved.
Automations: Stop Triggers are being skipped for Print in Advance invoices - An issue was reported where a stop trigger was being skipped with some print-in-advance invoices. This issue has been resolved.
On-Demand Jobs: Products: Invoice descriptions are not updating at the visit level - An issue was reported where the invoice description was not pulling correctly at the on-demand job level. This issue has been resolved.
New Dispatch Board: Internal Scheduling Notes - An issue was reported where jobs with internal scheduling notes were showing their notes on the new Beta Dispatch Board when the "Show" option was disabled. This issue has been resolved.
Sales Campaign: Packages: Prepay letter is not showing correct pricing - An issue was found where an incorrect amount was showing on some prepay letters. This issue has been resolved.
Estimate: View My Proposal: Unable to accept estimate due to invalid date - A user with a system default date setting of DD/MM/YYYY was receiving an invalid date error when attempting to accept and sign the estimate. This issue has been resolved.
Package Jobs: Generating Ajax Errors when the company culture is set to English (Australia) - An issue was reported where package jobs were throwing a browser error when the company culture was set to “English (Australia)”. This has been resolved.
Master: Sub-Property: Does not calculate account balance correctly - There was an issue with sub-properties that was preventing account balances from recalculating when an invoice was paid on a master property. This has been resolved.
New Dispatch Board: Status Icon: Assign To - There was an issue where the assignee for a visit wasn’t being removed if the resource was unchecked in the assignment dropdown. This has been resolved.
Calendar: Unable to view all jobs when using the month view - There was an issue causing some jobs to be missing from the calendar view. This has been resolved.
Estimate Discount Tool Design Issue - There was an issue causing the text in the discount module on estimates to appear distorted. This has been resolved.
Report Center: Profit/Loss - Cash Basis Report - There was an issue causing the “Profit / Loss - Cash Basis” report to exclude contract income. This has been resolved.
V3 "All Upcoming" Jobs Tab - There was an issue where budgeted hours in the all upcoming list were showing as 0. This has been resolved.
Accounts: Text Messages: Unable to access texts due to 404 file not found error - There was an issue that was throwing an error when trying to open a text from the activity feed on the client view page. This has been resolved.
V2 Accounts: The "All Upcoming" jobs tab is not showing all visits - There was an issue causing visits to not show in the "All Upcoming" list if they are part of a contract. This has been resolved.
Improvements Added to SA
Client Page: All Estimates - We have made updates to the "All Estimates" section on the Client page. This has added notable improvements to the load time, reducing the wait for reviewing all estimates.
Client Page: All Jobs - We have made updates to the ‘All Jobs’ section on the Client page. This has added notable improvements to the load time, reducing the wait for reviewing all jobs.
