There may be times when you are working in the field and need to skip a Job or a specific Service on a Job. For example, a Client may cancel after a Job has already been dispatched or maybe it's not possible to complete a Service once you're on the property.
To skip a Service on the Team App, follow these steps:
- Swipe to the Job that you need to skip and tap on the ellipses next to the address.
- Tap Skip Services.
- Select the Services you need to skip, enter a reason for the skip in the comment box, and then tap Skip Services.
- If you skipped a Service in error, tap Unskip.
