Highlights

In our August release, we focused our main efforts on fixing bugs and optimizing speed and reliability. Additionally, our engineering team worked with our Site Reliability Engineers to ensure the proper monitoring is in place and internal automated notifications are improved. This will help prevent any partial or full outages of Service Autopilot and allow for more proactive notifications should any issues arise. We also focused on fixing user experience issues to help you work more efficiently.


Improvements Added to SA

Autofill Search Functionality in the Estimate Template Dropdown - You will no longer have to manually click through your long list of Estimate Templates when creating a new Estimate. The Estimate Template dropdown list now allows you to do a keyword search, which will autofill templates matching that search.

Setting that Only Show Locked Invoices on the Client Portal - Many of you have requested to be able to prevent Invoices from showing up on the Client Portal until you're ready. We have now added a setting for the Client Portal that allows only locked Invoices to show on the Portal. This setting will need to be enabled from Settings > Client Portal Settings for all existing members.


Updates to Correct System Issues

The following issues have been resolved with this release:

V3 Text Opt-In Form - There was an issue when clients opted in for SMS messages from a V3 form. If the phone number they used contained dashes, the client would show as not opted in.

Text Opt-In Keywords - There was an issue where the opt-in status did not change after valid keywords were texted to the business.

QuickBooks Desktop Sync Customer Data - In some instances, client data was being incorrectly updated in the QBD sync.

Master Schedule Execution Timeout Expired Error - There was an issue when attempting to update a master schedule where it would time out.

V3 Forms CC Expiration Date - There was an issue where the "Do not replace existing field" setting would prevent a CC expiration date from updating.

QBO Sync Errors Notification - An issue was causing the QBO sync errors notification to not show on the My Day page.

Invoices Past Due Filter - There was an issue where invoices that were not past due would show up when filtering for past due invoices.

Two-way Texting Queued Status - An issue was reported where some two-way text messages were stuck in a queued status.

Estimates Won Tab - An issue was reported where all estimate line items would show under the won tab even if they were in draft or lost status.

V2 Client List Filter - An issue was causing the "Do not market" filter to incorrectly update the client list.

V2 Accounts Mobile Photo Gallery - An issue was reported where members were unable to scroll through the mobile photo gallery.

Activity Stream Future Visits Tab - An issue was causing the future visits tab on the activity stream to display jobs incorrectly.

ACH Integration - An issue was causing the ACH feature to not appear in the member account or client portal even though it was correctly integrated.

Fleetsharp on the Dispatch Board - An issue was causing some trackers to not display on the dispatch board.

Signature Line on Estimate PDFs - There was an issue where the signature line was not displaying properly on the estimate PDF.

Message Center Resource Avatar - An issue was causing the incorrect avatar photo to display for a resource.

Printing Invoices - There was an issue preventing some members from printing invoices.
