Asset Tracking

You can add a new Asset to Service Autopilot by following the steps below: 

  1. Go to Team > Asset Tracking.
  2. Click Add Asset.
  3. Complete the required fields.
  4. Fill out any additional fields. 


  5. Click on Save. The Forms and Attachments options will appear.
  6. Click on Forms to add a Form to the Asset. This will only be available if you have a classic Form marked as "Show on Assets".
  7. Click on Attachments to add an Attachment to the Asset.
