Chart of Accounts - Add Account

Within Service Autopilot, you have the ability to add your Chart of Accounts for reporting purposes. Those Accounts can then be added to Services and Products to track revenue. To edit your Chart of Accounts, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Chart of Accounts.
  2. Click Add Account.
  3. Use the Add Account dialog to enter details about the account. 


  4. Click Save.

The Chart of Accounts is listed alphabetically by account. You can use the Actions dropdown list to inactivate any existing accounts. 

Note: if you sync with QuickBooks Online, this list is read-only. Accounts must be added or edited from QBO.
