If you no longer want to see a Lead on your Leads List you can close their account. This is useful if someone contacted you for an estimate, declined all services, and you do not want to market to them anymore.
To close a Lead, use the following steps:
- Navigate to a Lead Account.
- Hover over the More dropdown list.
- Select "Close Lead".
- The Close Lead dialog appears. Select the reason for closing the Lead (edit reasons under Settings > Cancellation Reasons).
- Click Save and Close.
The lead is moved from the "Leads" tab to the "Closed Leads" tab.
