To reactivate Accounts with a status of Former Client or Former Lead, follow these steps:
- Go to CRM > Accounts.
- Filter the list to contain the Accounts you need to reactivate.
Note: There is a Common filter for Former Clients.
- Check the box next to the Account(s) that need to be reactivated.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Click Activate.
The Status on the Account will update to "Client" or "Lead" respectively and they will disappear from the current filter view.
