To reactivate Accounts with a status of Former Client for Former Lead, use the following steps:
- Go to CRM > Accounts.
- Filter the list to contain the Accounts you need to reactivate. There is a Common filter for Former clients.
- Check the boxes next to the Accounts that need to be reactivated.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Click Activate.
The Status on the Account(s) will be changed to "Client" or "Lead" respectively and will disappear from the current filter view.
