The Help Button

The Help Button in Service Autopilot is a useful tool for getting to a variety of different resources provided by SA. Look for the question mark icon on the right side of the navigation bar:

Click the button to launch the Quick Help widget:

This menu offers a few options. You'll also see some suggested articles you can access with one click.

Use the search bar to search for the Knowledge Base content you want to view. Select an item in the list to view the article right in the widget. To view the article in a new tab in your browser, click the Arrow icon at the top-right:

At the bottom of the Help widget, you’ll see a Live chat button. This will take you to a form that you can fill out for assistance. If a chat agent is available, a chat session will start when you submit the form. If a chat agent is not available, you can still submit the form by clicking Leave message and a Member Support Representative will follow up with you.

If you want to go straight to the Help Center without searching for an article first, hover over your Avatar in SA then click Help Center:

The Help Center will open in a new tab in your browser, allowing you access to endless resource materials and other valuable information.
