The Quick Help widget is a useful tool for accessing a variety of training resources provided by SA. Look for the question mark icon on the right side of the navigation bar:
Click the button to open the Quick Help widget:
This menu offers a few options:

Find Answers Quickly - Quickly search for Help Center articles and videos. Select an item in the list to view the article in the widget. To view the article from a new browser tab, click the Arrow icon on the top-right:
- Announcements - View our latest announcements, including bug fixes and software updates.
- Live Chat - Fill out this form for assistance. If a Support agent is available, a live chat will begin after you submit the form. If a chat agent is not available, you can still submit the form by clicking Leave message then a Member Support Representative will follow up with you during business hours.
- Share Your Feedback - Send software feedback directly to our Product and Development teams.
- Schedule Training - Schedule a 1-on-1 session with one of our SA training experts.
If you want to go straight to the Help Center in Service Autopilot, hover over your Avatar icon then click Help Center:
The Help Center will open in a new browser tab, giving you access to endless resource material and other valuable information.
