If a Visit is marked as Important then the Priority will be adjusted and an icon will appear on the Dispatch Board to let you know of the heightened Priority. To mark a Visit as Important, use the following steps:
- Navigate to a Visit Review overlay.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Click Mark as Important.
The overlay will refresh and the Priority will be updated to "Important":
