Create Custom Screen Views on the Estimate List

On many list screens in Service Autopilot, you can create a custom view that saves the filters you want. On the Estimates list screen, you might create a view called “Draft Estimates” or “Won Estimates.”

To create a custom view, follow these steps:

1. On the Estimates list screen, select and apply the filters you want.
2. In the Estimates Screen Views dropdown list, click Create View.
   
   
   
   
3. In the Screen View dialog, type a name for your new custom view, such as “Draft Estimates.”
   
   
   
   
4. Click Save. This view will now be available in the dropdown list for quick access when you log in.
   
   

   Note: Each Service Autopilot user creates their own custom views. They can’t be shared with other users.
