An Automation or Automation Pipeline can be accessed from several places within Service Autopilot.
- Go to: Marketing > Automations. This will take you to your list of all Automations.
- You can also go to the V2 client Account screen and click the cog icon next to the name on the account. This will pull up the Automations Pipeline for that Account and the status of each Automation.
- In the Activity stream on the client Account screen, you can filter for “Automation Instances” to see any automation the client has entered.
