An Automation or Automation Pipeline can be accessed from several places within Service Autopilot.
- Go to: Marketing > Automations. This will take you to your list of all Automations.
- Go to a V2 Client Account screen. Click the cog icon next to the name on the account to view the Automations Pipelines for that Account and the status of each Automation.
- On the Client Account screen, you also can click the “Automations” tab in the Timeline to see any automation the client has entered along with its status.
