To view or add Notes or Attachments to a Visit, use the following steps:
- Navigate to a Visit Review overlay.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Click Add Notes/Attachments.
- On the Add Notes/Attachments overlay, click Add Note to add a new Note. To add a new Attachment, click Add Attachment or drag a file into the field near the bottom of the overlay.
- When you are finished, click Save. To otherwise exit the overlay, click Cancel or the "X" in the upper right corner of the overlay.
Note: if you add a Note or Attachment to a Visit that is part of a Recurring or Package Job, it will only be seen on the Visit it was added to, not all Visits.
