V3: Add a Widget to a Form

You can insert images or video links into your Form and allow the user to attach a file when they submit the form. In the Widgets section of the Forms Designer, click a widget to add it to the Form:

Add an Image to a Form

On the Forms Designer, follow these steps:

  1. Click Image

  2. Click the image field on the right panel to see options for images in the left panel.

  3. Click Add File, then browse your computer to find the image you want to add.
  4. Optionally, set up any of the following:
    1. ALIGNMENT - change the image location to be centered or right -justified. Images are left-justified by default.
    2. ALTERNATIVE TEXT – if you click ON, enter a brief description of the image. Alternative text assists screen readers for visually impaired users and helps to identify the image if the content does not appear.
    3. SIZE - change the size of the image in pixels. The lock symbol means the ratio of height to width is maintained. If the lock is closed, you can change one of these fields, and the other field will change accordingly. To edit the size fields independently, click the lock symbol to unlock the size fields. 
    4. IMAGE – click Add File and your file browser appears. You can then navigate to your image file.
    5. IMAGE LINK – click the ON toggle and you can add a website link. When a user clicks the image this website will appear.

 

Add an Attachment Field to a Form

On the Forms Designer, follow these steps:

  1. Click Attachment

  2. Optionally, change the field label in the LABEL field on the left pane.

The file size limit for an attachment is 100 MB.

 

Add a YouTube Video to a Form

On the Forms Designer, follow these steps:

  1. Click YouTube Video.
  2. Copy the URL for your video on YouTube.
  3. In the VIDEO URL field, paste in the URL.

 

Add a Wistia Video to a Form

On the Forms Designer, follow these steps:

  1. Click Wistia Video.
  2. Copy the URL for your video from Wistia.
  3. In the VIDEO URL field, paste in the URL.
