Add A Credit

You can add a Credit to a Client Account either directly from the Client's Account or from the Credits List. The overlay is the same in each location but this article will show you the steps from a Client Account:

  1. Navigate to a Client Account.
  2. Click Add a Transaction.
  3. Select "Add a credit". 

  4. In the Add Credit overlay, enter the Credit details, adding line items if you know how the Credit needs to be applied to Invoices. 

  5. Click Save.


Once the credit is saved, there will be an option to apply the Credit to open Invoices.
