You can add a Credit to a Client Account either directly from the Client's Account or from the Credits List. The overlay is the same in each location but this article will show you the steps from a Client Account:
- Navigate to a Client Account.
- Click Add a Transaction.
- Select "Add a credit".
- In the Add Credit overlay, enter the Credit details, adding line items if you know how the Credit needs to be applied to Invoices.
- Click Save.
Once the credit is saved, there will be an option to apply the Credit to open Invoices.
