Add a Credit from a Client Account

You can add a Credit for a Client directly from the Client's Account or from the Credits list. The Add Credit overlay is the same in each location.

To add a Credit from a Client Account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to a Client Account.
  2. Click Add a Transaction.
  3. Select Add a credit.


  4. Enter the Credit details in the Add Credit overlay.
    Be sure to add line items if you know how the Credit needs to be applied to Invoices. 


  5. Click Save.

Once the credit is saved, you'll have the option to apply the Credit to open Invoices.
