When you cancel a Job, remember that you are cancelling all future instances of a recurring Job or all future rounds of a Package. To cancel a Job from the Review Account overlay, follow these steps:
- Go to CRM > Accounts.
- Click the name of an Account to open the Review Account overlay.
- In the "Jobs" panel, click the ellipses next to the Job you would like to cancel.
- Then click Cancel Job. This will cancel ALL future Visits for a recurring Job or Package.
- Click OK on the Cancel dialog to proceed.
OR
- In the "Jobs" panel, click the name of the Job you want to cancel.
- On the Review Job overlay, click Advanced Actions.
- Then click Cancel. This will cancel ALL future Visits for a recurring Job or Package.
- Click OK on the Cancel dialog to proceed.
The Review Job overlay will refresh and the Job will show as "Locked". When you close the Review Job overlay, the Account Review overlay will refresh and the cancelled Job will be gone.
