V3 Add Attachments to an Account

To view or edit the Notes or Attachments on an Account, use the following steps:

  1. Go to CRM > Accounts
  2. Click the name of an Account to open the Review Account overlay.
  3. Under the Actions menu, click Advanced Actions.
  4. Click Add Notes/Attachments


  5. Add or edit Notes by typing in the text boxes.
    Click Add Attachment to add files from your computer, or drag and drop a file into the box. 


  6. When you're finished making changes, click Save

Account Notes will appear on the Review Account overlay.
Billing Notes will appear on the internal view of Invoices, but not on the Invoice the client sees. Attachments will only appear in the Notes/Attachments section of the Review Account overlay.
