If you didn't add an Appointment Time for a Job when the Job was originally created, it can be done from the Dispatch Board itself or from the Job Details overlay. To add an Appointment time from the Dispatch Board, use the following steps:
Using the Status icon
- Go to Scheduling > Dispatch Jobs.
- Click the Job Status icon for the job you want to change.
- In the dialog, click Set Appointment Time.
- Enter times.
- Click Save.
