There are a number of ways you can add a Recurring Job in Service Autopilot. In this article, you will learn how to do this from a Client Account.
To add a Recurring Job, follow these steps:
- Navigate to a Client Account.
- Click Add a Job > Add a recurring job.
- In the New Recurring Job overlay, select a Schedule to continue.
- Select a Service. Modify Service fields as necessary.
- Click Save.
Note: If you need to backdate a visit on a recurring job because a client missed it, you can do so by creating the recurring job as you normally would. After saving your recurring job, create another one-time job for the missed visit.
