Filter the Client List for Service Never Scheduled

Service Autopilot offers hundreds of filtering options for marketing, reporting and scheduling purposes. The "Service - Never Scheduled" filter is useful if you have a specific Service that you would like to market to Clients who have never received that particular Service. 

To apply the "Service - Never Scheduled" filter, use the following steps:

  1. Go to CRM > Clients.
  2. Click Add Filter


  3. Select the "Service - Never Scheduled" filter. You can type "never" into the search field to find this filter faster. 

  4. Set the parameter to "Equal to". 

  5. Select one or more Service(s). 

  6. Click Search
