You can Create Custom Screen Views on several screens within Service Autopilot that load any selected filters or columns to save you time. Custom views can currently be applied to the following screens: Clients, Leads, Estimates, Calendar, Dispatch Board, Snow Dispatch, and Dispatch Calendar. In this article, we'll work within the Client List to customize columns.
To customize columns for future use, use the following steps:
- Go to CRM > Clients.
- Hover over the Columns dropdown menu.
- Select the columns you would like to add or remove. All of your Custom Fields will appear in this list. The list will update automatically as you make selections.
- Click the View Selection List.
- Click Save next to the view you are currently on.
