Add a Client Source

Tracking Lead and Client sources can be a valuable tool in determining where your business is thriving and where it has some room for improvement.  To customize these sources, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings Client Source.
  2. Delete any pre-existing Sources.
  3. Click Add Source
  4. Use the New Client Source overlay to add details. 

  5. Click Save.

If you sync with QuickBooks Desktop, note the cautionary text. Client Sources cannot be be updated by third party integrations once it is created. You will need to inactivate Client Sources in QBD.
