To set up your Quality Driven Surveys (QDS) account with Service Autopilot, follow these steps:
- In your QDS account, go to Integrations at the top of the screen.
- Make a note of the number in the QDS Account ID field.
- Click copy below the Access Token.
- In Service Autopilot, go to Settings > Integrations, and scroll down to the QDS section.
- Enter your ID in the QDS Account ID field.
- Paste the access token from step 4 into the QDS Secret Key field.
- In the Days To Show field, enter the number of days for the survey comments to show in your SA Job Notes.
- Next to Surveys, select one of the radio buttons:
- Use Automations To Send Surveys – If you have Automations, see the steps below to set up the QDS survey automation.
- Send Default Survey After Every Completed Job – Use this option if you don’t have Automations in SA (a Pro Plus subscription). This option could send multiple surveys if you have multiple services in a job so it’s best to change the system-wide default setting in QDS to limit the number of surveys sent per day.
- If you want the survey comments to appear in your SA Job Notes, check the Job Notes check box.
- Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
