You may have Sales Tax References created but when you go to assign one to a Client, the dropdown list does not appear. Alternatively, you may notice the tax does not appear on Invoices or Estimates. There is one setting that could be responsible for this.
To check, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Invoice Customization.
- Ensure "Show Sales Tax on Invoice" is selected.
- If changes were made, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click Save.
