You may have Sales Tax References created but when you go to assign one to a Client, the dropdown list does not appear. Alternatively, you may notice the tax does not appear on Invoices or Estimates. There is a setting that could be affecting this.
To check this setting, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Invoice Customization.
- Ensure "Show Sales Tax on Invoice" is selected.
- If changes were made, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
