You may have Sales Tax References created but when you go to assign one to a Client, the dropdown list does not appear. Alternatively, you may notice that tax is not appearing on Invoices or Estimates. There is one setting that could be responsible for this. To check, use the following steps:
- Go to Settings > Invoice Customization.
- Ensure Show Sales Tax on Invoice is selected.
- If changes were made, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click Save.
