You can fill out a Form on a Visit regardless of the Status of the Visit. To do this, use the following steps:
- Navigate to a Visit Review overlay.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Click Fill Out Form.
- If the Visit has more than one Service, Select Service. Select Form from the dropdown list as well. Please note that only V3 Forms will appear on this list and the Form must be set to be viewed in the office on the selected Service. Click OK when you have made your selections.
- Fill out the Form and click Submit. Click the "X" in the upper right corner of the overlay to exit the Form.
The Form response will appear on the Account's Activity stream as well as on the Form's responses under Marketing > Forms.
