From the Calendar, you can send text messages to Clients or Resources. Because you need to enter a cell phone provider, there is no additional cost for these text messages. Replies to a text message will go to your company email address and will not be visible in Service Autopilot.
To send a text message from the Calendar, use the following steps:
- Go to Scheduling > Calendar.
- Click More.
- Select "Send Text".
- Select the Resource from the dropdown or enter the phone number of the Client you want to text.
- Enter Message information and click Send Text.
