Send Text Messages from the Calendar

From the Calendar, you can send text messages to Clients or Resources. Because you need to enter a cell phone provider, there is no additional cost for these text messages. Replies to a text message will go to your company email address and will not be visible in Service Autopilot.  

To send a text message from the Calendar, use the following steps:

  1. Go to Scheduling > Calendar.
  2. Click More.
  3. Select "Send Text". 
  4. Select the Resource from the dropdown or enter the phone number of the Client you want to text.


  5. Enter Message information and click Send Text
