Jobs Do Not Appear on My Schedule on the Legacy App

If Jobs should be appearing on the Legacy app but aren't, there are a few preliminary troubleshooting measures you can take:

Check the Job Assignment

Go to Scheduling > Dispatch Jobs.  Find the Job(s) and make sure the correct Team or Resource is listed in the Assigned column. Also make sure that the Jobs are dispatched. Pending jobs will not appear on the Legacy app. If you make any changes, be sure to resync the Legacy app.

 

Check the Team Assignment

Go to Scheduling > Dispatch Jobs > More > Assign Teams. Make sure that the mobile user is on the Team that the Jobs are assigned to. If they are not, drag and drop them into the correct Team. If you make any changes, be sure to resync the Legacy app.

 

Check the Date

In the Legacy app, make sure you are looking at the current day. From the My Schedule screen the date will be above your avatar. If the date is incorrect, tap the correct date or swipe to view more dates.
