Note: To record property measurements, you must have the Smart Maps subscription in addition to the Pro or Pro Plus subscription.

Click the Property address or the House icon in an account to access the Review Property overlay:

If you are using the Satellite view, you can click the Tilt Map icon to see a tilted view of the map for more accurate measurements of the property. You can also rotate the view 360 degrees.

To get the square footage of a lot, take an Area measurement of the house by clicking on the map to create the correct shape. Set the Calculation to Subtract:

Select the same property data field from the Property Data dropdown menu for the measurement of the house and the lot. This allows the system to automatically calculate the square footage of the lot. Click OK when finished.
Take another Area measurement of the lot with the Calculation set to Add. You may want to change the color so you can tell the difference between your measurements. Be sure to select the same Property Data field as your first measurement:

As you add measurements, the total area will update in the Measurements table:

Click the Trash Can icon to delete a saved measurement.
Click the Paper icon to copy it. You might copy a measurement if you measured the driveway to exclude it from a lawn maintenance job but wanted to include it for a snow removal job.
To the right of your saved measurements is the list of Pins. You might add a Pin for a large property where the entrance isn't clear or there's a specific entrance your crews need to use.

If you are servicing a rural property and need to update the GPS coordinates for a better location, click the Coordinates icon on the map and drag it to the correct location:

You can click the Coordinates section on the left to customize GPS coordinates, as well.

You can also add a photo of the property in this section. The property photo will appear for all jobs at this property if you are using the Team app to help remind your crews what they should be looking for. When you are finished making changes, click Save Property.
