To update the Invoice Frequency on a Client Account, follow these steps:
- Navigate to a Client Account.
- Click Edit next to the Client's name. This will open the Edit Client overlay.
- Click on the Billing tab to update the When To Invoice field:
You can also update the Invoice frequency in bulk from the Client list. To bulk edit this field, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Client list (CRM > Clients).
- Apply any necessary filters, and select the checkbox next to the clients you want to edit.
- Hover over the Actions button and click Bulk Edit.
- Update the When to Invoice field, as needed.
Note: This update will only apply to the Clients you select from the list.
Warning: If you update the Invoice Frequency at the Client level, this change will populate down to any existing Master Jobs, as well as any Job instances that are Pending Dispatch. This change will not affect any Jobs that are currently Dispatched or Complete.
