Add Attachments to a Client Account

You can add attachments to a Client Account using the Service Autopilot website or Mobile Apps. These can be any type of attachment, such as images of a Client's property or a PDF of a work agreement the Client has signed.

Note: Files that have been added as an Attachment to a Client Account can be seen on the website and Mobile Apps.

To add an attachment to a Client Account using the SA website, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to a Client Account.
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the Attachments section.
    3. Click the Attach File button.

    4. This will open your computer's file manager. Select the file you want to upload. 
    5. Click Open.
    6. The page will reload to display the file you uploaded.

To delete an attachment, simply click the red "X" on the left.

To edit the file or description of an attachment, click the Pencil icon on the right.

Once you're done editing the name or description of the attachment, click the Save icon on the right.
