You can email Invoices in bulk from the Invoices List. This helps you streamline your workflow - with just a few clicks you can send all of your Invoices out to each Client every day, week, month, or as needed. Before emailing (or printing) in bulk, make sure that you are finished editing any Invoices that need to be changed. To email Invoices, use the following steps:
- Go to Accounting > Invoices.
- Check the boxes next to the Invoices you want to email. Use the "Invoices to Email" tab if needed.
- Hover over Actions.
- Select "Email".
- The Email overlay will open displaying your Invoice Email. Make any modifications necessary but remember if you are emailing more than one Client, they will all receive the same email. When finished, click Send.
After you click Send, a banner will display at the top of the Invoice List:
This will also remove the email flag from any Invoices that are emailed. You can view the emails on individual Client Timelines or from Marketing > Email Activity.
