Invoice List - Mail Invoices

The USPS feature from your Invoice List allows you to easily have Invoices printed, stamped, and mailed with only a few clicks. To use this feature, you do need to purchase "stamps". Pricing varies based on how many you purchase at one time:


To mail Invoices directly from the Invoice List, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Accounting > Invoices.
  2. Select the Invoices you would like to mail. Use the Invoices to Print tab, if needed. 


  3. Hover over the Actions menu then select USPS


  4. On the Mail Invoices dialog, select Mail Invoices


If you have sufficient stamps to process the Invoices, a confirmation message will display.
If you do not have sufficient stamps, the following message will appear:


To purchase more stamps, click the link in the error message or hover over your avatar and select Account & Billing

Note: You can click Accounting > Mail On Demand Jobs to view your existing requests and check their status.
