The Bulk Create function on the Client List is a powerful tool that can help you create Tags, To Do's, Touchpoints, or Notes for many Clients at one time. To Bulk Create, use the following steps:
- Go to CRM > Clients.
- Select the check box next to any Clients for whom you want to bulk-create one or more of items. Apply a filter if needed. The check box at the top of the table will select all Clients within the current view.
- Hover over Actions.
- Select "Bulk Create."
- Use the different tabs of the Bulk Create overlay to customize each item (see below for more information).
- Click Add when finished.
Bulk Create Options - Explained
Add | Remove Tags
This tab allows you to add or remove Tags in bulk to multiple Clients at once:
The blue "Add" toggle can be switched to "Remove". The small, gray Add Tag button under the toggle allows you to add or remove multiple Tags at once.
Add To Do | Call
This tab allows you to add a To Do or Call to multiple Clients at once:
Use the button at the top to select either a To Do or Call. Remember that any details that you enter on this tab will appear on every To Do or Call created regardless of Client. You can edit each To Do or Call after it is created.
This tab allows you to add a Touchpoint to multiple Clients at once:
This tab allows you to add a Note to multiple Clients at once:
Any Notes added in bulk will appear on the Client's Timeline. These are not Office Notes that appear near the top of the Client's Account.
