If you use Firefox as your main browser for accessing Service Autopilot, Firefox's built-in plugin for Adobe Reader can sometimes cause issues when viewing PDFs from SA. If you go to open a PDF in Firefox and it only gives you the option to save it and not display it in a browser window, follow these steps:
- Click the Menu button
in the top-right corner of the browser.
- Select Options.
- Click the Applications panel on the left.
- Make sure Preview in Firefox is set for "Portable Document Format (PDF)".
