Service Autopilot’s Report Center is a one-stop center for Reports and analytics about your company. Depending on your access level, you can create analyses, dashboards, and reports. Your custom reports can have charts, graphs, and other visuals. If you are a Pro Plus Member, you can also schedule reports to send on a specific date and time.
Access to the Report Center
Service Autopilot’s Report Center is available to Pro and Pro Plus members, and it requires only minimal setup. In order to access the Report Center, you will need to have the proper User Roles & Rights enabled.
To get started in the Report Center, go to Reports > Report Center.
To access prebuilt Reports, go to Reports > Report Center > SA reports (3rd icon on the left.)
