You can share reports and analyses in the Report Center from the Home screen. Any item that is shareable will have an avatar icon in that item's row:
To share a component in the Report Center, click the avatar icon next to the trash can icon and select the users to share with. Click the icon to reveal a list of users you can share the item with:
Click the icon at the left of any name to add it to the "Shared With" column. Anything that is shared with you will appear in the “Shared with Me” folder.
Sharing content is different than scheduling a report to send. When content is shared then the user must go into their Report Center to view the content. This allows you maximum control over what your users can access.
