This report shows all client timeline entries within a date range you select. You can also filter by client and type (such as Transactions and Tickets) to narrow the results.
The columns on this report are as follows:
- Date - The date of the event
- Type - The type of event such as "To Do" or "Email"
- Client Name - The name on the Account where the event took place
- Title - The title of the event. For emails this will be the subject line of the email.
- Amount - The amount of the transaction.
