This report shows all client timeline entries within a date range you select. You can also filter by client, type (such as calls and To Dos), and resource to narrow the results.
The columns on this report are as follows:
- Date - the date of the event
- Type - the type of event such as "To Do" or "Email"
- Client Name - the name on the Account where the event took place
- Title - the title of the event. For emails this will be the subject line of the email.
- Description - any description that is on the event. For email, you will see the opening text of the email.
- User - the user who created or modified the event
