This report shows all client timeline entries within a date range you select. You can filter by client and type, such as Transactions and Tickets.
The columns in this report are as follows:
- Date - The date of the event.
- Type - The type of event, such as a "Ticket" or "Email".
- Client NameĀ - The name on the Account where the event took place.
- Title - The title of the event. For emails, this will be the subject line of the email.
- AmountĀ - The amount of the transaction.
