If there is only one client you need to email, you can also do this from the Job Detail overlay. Use the following steps:
- From the Dispatch Board (Scheduling > Dispatch Jobs), click the Service for the client you want to email.
- On the Job Detail overlay, click More and select "Send Email".
- To save time, select an Email Document you've already downloaded or made.
- Customize the email as needed.
- Click Send.
