If you didn't initially add an Appointment Time to a Job when it was created, then you can add it from the Dispatch Board itself or from the Job Details overlay.
To add an Appointment time from the Job Details overlay, follow these steps:
- Go to Scheduling > Dispatch Jobs.
- Click the Service of the Job you want to change. This opens the Job Details overlay.
- Click on the Appointment "Start" and "End" fields and enter your times.
- Click Save.
