If you didn't add an Appointment Time for a Job when the Job was originally created, it can be done from the Dispatch Board itself or from the Job Details overlay. To add an Appointment time from the Job Details Overlay, use the following steps:
- Go to Scheduling > Dispatch Jobs.
- Click Service of the Job you want to change. This opens the Job Details overlay.
- Click on the Appointment Start and End fields and enter your times.
- Click Save.
