Tickets are one of the many items that can be viewed under the V3 Review Account overlay in the Activity Stream:
If you do not see Tickets, click the All History tab and make sure you are filtering the list for Tickets or one of the sub-selections:
Click the All History tab again to close the selection list and apply your changes. Any time you make changes to what displays in the Activity Stream, these changes will show for all Accounts until they are modified again.
The cards in the Activity Stream will display the Subject, date, assignment, and the first line of the body of the Ticket. Additionally, emails will display a status below the subject so you can easily tell if the email was successfully sent:
