Before you can integrate an email address with SA, you'll need to enable the User Right for your desired role.
To enable the Email Integration User Right, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > User Roles & Rights.
- Select the Role you would like to modify.
- Go to the CRM tab.
- Check the box next to "View/Modify Email Integrations".
- Click Save.
After this User Right is enabled, you are ready to continue setting up Email Integration.
