This release of Service Autopilot introduces Email Integration! Read on for details.
This add-on feature will automatically forward your Gmail or Outlook email to your Service Autopilot inbox. The incoming emails become Tickets.
- Email to an individual inbox becomes a Ticket assigned to the user of that inbox.
- Email to a shared inbox becomes an unassigned Ticket that’s linked to the Client Account, if you have associated that email address with an Account.
Options for Email Inboxes
You can have individual inboxes, shared inboxes, or both.
