Enable User Rights for Email Activity

Everyone can have access to the Email Activity screen, regardless of their subscription level, if the correct User Right is enabled. This screen can be found under the Marketing dropdown list.

To allow access to the Email Activity screen, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings > User Roles & Rights.
  2. Select a role.
  3. Click the CRM tab.
  4. Check the box next to "View Email Activity."


  5. Click Save
