V3 Send an Email to an Account

You can send emails to an Account from the Review Account overlay. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Review Account overlay for the Account you want to email.
  2. Click Advanced Actions
  3. Select Send Message, then click Send Email.


  4. On the New Email overlay, fill out your email manually, or apply a Document and modify it as needed.


  5. Click Send

A message will appear in the upper right corner to inform you that the email is processing:


Refresh the Review Account overlay to see the sent email in the Activity Stream. Sent emails will create a Ticket with a status of "Closed" by default.
The Ticket status can be edited on the overlay when you are sending the email.
