You can send emails to an Account from the Review Account overlay. To do this, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Review Account overlay for the Account you want to email.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Select Send Message, then click Send Email.
- On the New Email overlay, fill out your email manually, or apply a Document and modify it as needed.
- Click Send.
A message will appear in the upper right corner to inform you that the email is processing:
Refresh the Review Account overlay to see the sent email in the Activity Stream. Sent emails will create a Ticket with a status of "Closed" by default.
The Ticket status can be edited on the overlay when you are sending the email.
