V3 Send an Email to an Account

You can send emails to an Account from the Account Review overlay. To do this, use the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Account Review overlay for the Account you would like to email.
  2. Click Advanced Actions
  3. Click Email.


  4. On the New Email overlay, fill out the email manually or apply a Document and modify as needed.


  5. Click Send

A message will appear to let you know that the email is being processed: 


Refresh the Account Review overlay to see the sent email in the Activity Stream. Sent emails will create a Ticket with a status of "closed" by default. Ticket status be edited on the overlay when you are sending the email.
