You can send emails to an Account from the Account Review overlay. To do this, use the following steps:
- Navigate to the Account Review overlay for the Account you would like to email.
- Click Advanced Actions.
- Click Email.
- On the New Email overlay, fill out the email manually or apply a Document and modify as needed.
- Click Send.
A message will appear to let you know that the email is being processed:
Refresh the Account Review overlay to see the sent email in the Activity Stream. Sent emails will create a Ticket with a status of "closed" by default. Ticket status be edited on the overlay when you are sending the email.
