Update Account Information on the Client Portal

Client Portal users can update some of their Account information directly from the Client Portal. To do this, use the following steps from inside their Client Portal account:

  1. Click the "Account" tab from the toolbar at the top of the screen. 
  2. On the "Additional Information panel, click Update Email Phone. mceclip0.png
  3. Use the overlay to update the email address, cell phone, home phone, work phone, or other phone number that is associated to the Account.

  4. Click Save

Custom Field values can be edited in the same way by clicking the Update Other Information link in the same "Additional Information" panel.
