Update Account Information on the Client Portal

Client Portal users can update some of their Account information directly from the Client Portal.
To do this, clients need to follow these steps from inside their Client Portal account:

  1. Click the Account tab from the toolbar at the top of the screen. 
  2. On the Additional Information panel, click Update Email and Phone.

  3. Use the overlay to update the email address, cell phone, home phone, work phone, or other phone number associated with the Account.

  4. Click Save

Custom Field values can be edited in the same way by clicking the Update Other Information link, which is also in the Additional Information panel.

Note: Clients can update their Client Portal Username, Password, and Answers to their security questions under the Account tab, as well.
