Client Portal users can update some of their Account information directly from the Client Portal. To do this, use the following steps from inside their Client Portal account:
- Click the "Account" tab from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- On the "Additional Information panel, click Update Email Phone.
- Use the overlay to update the email address, cell phone, home phone, work phone, or other phone number that is associated to the Account.
- Click Save.
Custom Field values can be edited in the same way by clicking the Update Other Information link in the same "Additional Information" panel.
