Client Portal users can update some of their Account information directly from the Client Portal.
To do this, clients need to follow these steps from inside their Client Portal account:
- Click the Account tab from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
- On the Additional Information panel, click Update Email and Phone.
- Use the overlay to update the email address, cell phone, home phone, work phone, or other phone number associated with the Account.
- Click Save.
Custom Field values can be edited in the same way by clicking the Update Other Information link, which is also in the Additional Information panel.
Note: Clients can update their Client Portal Username, Password, and Answers to their security questions under the Account tab, as well.
