Reset a Client Portal Password

Client Portal users have the ability to reset their own password in case they happen to forget it. The user will need to know their username and the answers to their security questions OR the email address they have on their account. 

To reset a Client Portal password, the user can use the following steps from a computer or the Manage Service app:

 

Reset with Security Questions

  1. Go to the Client Portal URL or the Manage Service app to login.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link below the green Log In button:

  3. Enter your username and click Next:

  4. Answer the security questions and click Next.
  5. Enter a new password and click Submit:

Reset Without Security Questions

  1. Go to the Client Portal URL or the Manage Service app to login.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link below the green Log In button:

  3. Enter your username and click Next:

  4. Click the blue Forgot Security Questions link under the Next button:

  5. Enter the username and email address for the Account and click Next:

  6. An email with the subject line "Your portal password recovery request." will be sent to the email address provided. Open the email and click the URL to continue resetting the password.
  7. Enter the username and click Next
  8. Enter a new password and click Submit
